CNC Punching Marking and Cutting Machine for U-Channels Model UL20

Aplication:

UL20 is a Punching, Marking and Cutting machine for U-beams from 80*43*5mm to 200*75*9mm, and Flats from 60*6mm to 120*12mm, 9000mm long. This machine is mainly used for processing holes on U-channels and flats. The positioning, feeding of the machine are all driven by servo motors. It adopts Rack and Gear driving feeding by CNC carriage, high efficiency, and high precision, with Transverse conveyers, Loading system, and Unloading device; it is wildly used in Construction, Tower and other industries.

The main advantage of the UL20 is that it can finish punching, marking and cutting functions automatically on one machine, also it can punch on three sides of the U-beam with powerful hydraulic pressure.

Infeed conveyor

Marking Unit

Punching Unit

Cutting Unit

Outfeed conveyor

The material located on the infeed conveyor.

The bars clamed and positioned by PLC controlled gripper arm. The material brought in to the marking unit first, there are four groups of character boxes, the Marking unit will mark the right characters according to the program if necessary. Then punching operation can be applied from the 3 sides of Punching Heads. For Flange side of U-beam, there are two different diameters of punching heads processed automatically according to the program. For the web side of U-beam or Flat, there three different diameters of punching heads. After punching, the workpiece can be cut by Cutting Unit, and unload by outfeed conveyors.

Materials’ lengths which are fed through machine are measured by optical recognition devices placed on machine.
